Western Europe: 4–8 business days
Rest of Europe: 5–10 business days

Shipping Costs

Tracking

Where tracking is available, you will receive your tracking details by email after your order has been dispatched.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active after dispatch.

Delayed or Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, please contact us at support@verafiedstudio.com with your order number.

We will work with the relevant delivery provider to help locate your package.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address at checkout.

If you notice an incorrect address after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update the address before the order is dispatched, but we cannot guarantee that changes will be possible.

If an order has already been dispatched, we may be unable to change the delivery address.
